My sister Cloé lives at the top end of the canal, in a lovely and spacious area that lends itself beautifully to evening strolls and sunset picnics.
We had a dinner of savoury crepes and wine, followed by a dessert of sweet crepes, looking out over the canal with the sun setting just to our right. T'was lovely.
